When should I Rsvp by?

To help us with our planning, please RSVP to the events as soon as possible. However the deadline is February 2nd 2026.

What is the easiest way to get to & from the venue?

Stanthorpe does not have Uber services, however there is a local taxi service that you can book should you not wish to drive to the venue. Otherwise a curtesy bus will be available from town, stopping at Stanthorpe Holiday Park and Country Style Holiday Park on the way also at set times.

Are plus ones & children allowed?

We kindly ask that only those listed on your invitation attend. As much as we’d love to celebrate with everyone, we’re keeping our guest list intimate. Thank you for understanding!

Is there parking available at the venue?

Absolutely, plenty of parking is available at the venue. Please follow the signs on arrival.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Our entire evening has been planned around an all outdoor setting, please wear suitable attire to walk on grass or un-even ground as well as bring warm attire for the evening. In the event of weather, suitable arrangements will however be made.
